Art. 18

Dotychczasowe przepisy wykonawcze wydane na podstawie art. 33 ust. 2, art. 47 ust. 10, art. 53, art. 63, art. 85, art. 93 ust. 5, art. 103 ust. 4, art. 104 ust. 1, art. 112 ust. 1, art. 123 ust. 1, art. 128, art. 129a ust. 2, art. 130 ust. 8, art. 133, art. 140 ust. 4 i 5, art. 163, art. 182, art. 187, art. 189, art. 189a, art. 202 oraz art. 209 ust. 2 ustawy, o której mowa w art. 1, zachowują moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych odpowiednio na podstawie art. 26d ust. 7, art. 33 ust. 2, art. 53 ust. 5, art. 53c, art. 63, art. 85, art. 93 ust. 9, art. 103 ust. 4, art. 103c, art. 104 ust. 1 i 2, art. 112 ust. 1, art. 123 ust. 1f, art. 128, art. 130 ust. 8, art. 133, art. 140 ust. 4 i 5b, art. 163, art. 182, art. 187, art. 189, art. 189a ust. 2, art. 191 ust. 14, art. 202 i art. 209 ust. 7 ustawy zmienianej w art. 1 w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszą ustawą, nie dłużej jednak niż przez 18 miesięcy od dnia wejścia w życie ustawy.
